Relatively new to the Tri-Cities, the Jewelry Design Center (JDC) quickly gained the attention of the community. Customers are drawn to the unique experience of designing and buying jewelry, running the family business and getting the best price first.
In 1977, Doug Toone opened the first JDC as a repair and parts creation shop for Spokane retailers. He built his reputation on craftsmanship and design, and customers quickly wanted to buy direct from him. His sons, Brian and Denver, then joined the team, making JDC a multigenerational company.
JDC showrooms offer a high quality selection and large windows where customers can watch jewelers at work. It “provides peace of mind knowing exactly where and what is going on with their jewelry,” Brian said.
JDC strives to go further for its customers. As it states in its slogan: “We want to be your jeweler for life.”
